Behind the doors at FI HQ

Situated on Street 174 in Phnom Penh (very close to Romdeng restaurant!) the Friends headquarters in Cambodia is the administrative and strategic heart of the organization. Behind the colorful front door, painted by students from Mith Samlanh, and across three floors the building houses the multinational international support teams who are essential to the success of all the Friends programs. It is home to Technical Advisors across a range of disciplines who work closely with the Friends Program teams across the world, to the International ChildSafe Network team, to the CYTI Alliance team and to the Friends Social Business team. Under the same roof are the Finance and Grants Teams and the Communications Team, and senior management (including the Executive Director) are also based here. Not only the one-stop-shop for all the program support needs and more, it also is the base for the Cambodia Kaliyan Mith program and the 3PC partnership program. Keeping firmly attached to the direct work that Friends does, the HQ building also contains a drop-in center and an in-house production and training center for Friends Social Business… vibrant, busy, colorful and very productive – that’s Friends HQ!
