Important information about donations
All donations made in the US and Switzerland are tax deductible. Donations made through Global Development Group are tax deductible in Australia and the US.
You can choose which project you want to support
We have many different projects in different countries, so you can choose a specific project to donate to. If you prefer, you can just make a general donation and we will allocate your donation to one of our projects most in need and let you know how your money has helped.

Where the money goes
At Friends, our number one priority is to change the lives of vulnerable children and build better futures for them.
We have a team of committed local staff, a few technical advisors who work with and support these local staff and a huge number of volunteers who kindly donate their time and expertise to help us achieve what we do.
Of course, to do our work effectively and support the 50 000 children that we do each year, we do have basic costs that must be met, to allow us to do this. Our administrative costs are kept below 10 per cent and we also run a number of our own businesses so that we generate our own income and can cover these admin costs as much as possible. Friends-International undergoes annual audits by independent external auditors. Copies of these reports are available upon request from info@friends-international.org
