Personal Information: We promise to keep your personal information private and confidential. We will never sell or trade your personal details to third parties. We will only disclose your private information if required to do so by law.

We collect personal information primarily for the purpose of processing your donations and keeping accounting records as required by law. We send confirmation emails and emails to say thanks, and we may contact you for administrative purposes in the event of a discrepancy. We will never ask for your bank account details; please DO NOT send any financial information to us via email.

Donation Processing: We process your online donations via our secure PayPal account, which also houses your contact and financial details; Friends-International does not take liability for any actions taken by PayPal. See PayPal’s privacy policy for more information.

Email Communications: We promise to keep you up to date on our progress. To save funds on paper and postage and spend more of your donations on children, we communicate entirely via online methods; therefore, we may email you from time to time to report back on how we use your donations, send you stories and pictures of the families you help, and provide advocacy-related news and updates that may interest you. By donating online, you agree to receive Friends-International communications.  You are free to opt-out or unsubscribe at any time. Employment Applications: We promise to guard your application details securely; although, should you apply to work or volunteer with Friends-International, we may share your application with our implementing program partners to make informed decisions about your qualifications.

Our Shops & Restaurants: We promise to provide you with the best quality products and services possible. If you provide your email address to one of our restaurants or shops, you agree to receive email communications from Friends-International. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
