The Head Office is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

This office carries out the following activities:

• Coordinates the various Friends-International projects in South East Asia and beyond.
• Provides technical support to local partners and projects.
• Maintains relations with the International Support Offices
• Organizes and provides training to professionals working with vulnerable children and youth related issues
• Runs advocacy and awareness campaigns about vulnerable children and youth.
